President

Eric Hart is the President of Vintage Solutions and has dedicated more than 20 years to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). He holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Talladega College and studied at SUNY Jamestown Community College. Eric draws on experience in both IDD care and mental‑health services to lead with empathy and purpose..

Kyle Hood is the CEO of Vintage Solutions LLC and brings over 26 years of experience serving individuals within the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) community. He is deeply committed to enhancing the lives of those he serves by creating meaningful, supportive experiences that promote growth, dignity, and connection. Kyle’s approach is rooted in trust, communication, and collaboration. He focuses on ensuring that each individual’s needs are met while maintaining strong, open lines of communication between families, caregivers, and service providers. His goal is to build bridges that foster long-term success and meaningful outcomes.
David Richardson

With over 23 years’ experience in the I/DD field, David Richardson serves as a Qualified Professional at Vintage Solutions. He transitioned from studying computer science to psychology after discovering his passion for helping people with special needs. David’s commitment to advocacy and collaboration guides his work every day.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family and playing the One Piece trading card game. His favorite role is being a father to his son, which fuels his dedication to the people he serves.
Subrena G. White

Subrena supports daily operations with care, professionalism, and attention to detail, helping ensure families and team members are supported well.

Subrena G. White has been supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1997, beginning as a classroom assistant at Metro School. With nearly 30 years of experience, she brings deep compassion and strong administrative skills to every aspect of her work. Subrena is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and feels honored to be in a field that found her rather than the other way around.

A graduate of Fordham University with a degree in Communications, Mandell brings a unique background as a former professional basketball player overseas, along with a strong passion for helping others thrive.

Throughout her career, she has served in a wide range of roles, including Services for the Blind, Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, IDD Case Manager, Qualified Professional, Quality Assurance Professional, and Direct Support Professional. Her extensive experience allows her to provide well-rounded, compassionate support to those she serves.
